摘要
利用形态解剖法和模型判别分析法,对秦岭亚高山草甸的30种草本植物的C3、C4光合作用途径进行了鉴定。两种方法的结果有差异,但综合认为解剖的结果更为客观。在15科25属30种植物中,共鉴定出7种C4植物,属于6科7属,分别为细茎橐吾(Ligularia hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Hand.-Mazz.)、太白蓼(Polygonum taipaisha-nense Kung)、藜芦(Veratrum nigrum)、东方草莓(Fragaria orientalis)、粗边扁蕾(Gentianopsis scabromarginata)、假报春(Cortusa pekinensis),耳叶蟹甲草(Parasenecio auriculata)。
The photosynthetic pathways of 30 plant species in the subalpine meadow of the Qinling Mountains using discriminant analysis model and anatomy methodology. Of the total 30 species,7 species belonging to 7 genera and 6 families were C4 species, they were Ligularia hookeri, Polygonum taipaisha nense , Veratrum nigrum , Fragaria orientalis , Gentianopsis scabromarginata , Cortusa pekinensis and Parase-necio auriculata. There was disparity between the two methods, but the results of the anatomy method seem much convincing.
