摘要
通过对国产E级钢(ZG25MnCrNiMo)试棒和实物的力学性能的测试分析及与美国车钩制造材料的相关性能的对比,指出国产E级钢在使用过程中易于产生裂纹的材料方面的原因,并提出优化其力学性能的方向。
The test and analysis mainly focus on the mechanical properties of the test bar and objects of domestic E class steel, and a comparison with the related American coupler material was conducted. The reasons that the domestic E class steel tends to crack in application were pointed out, and the direction of performance optimization was brought forward as well.
