摘要
轴承内圈参数测试仪是为了满足广大轴承参数测试市场的需求而研制的。本文介绍6204RD系列中NSZD629型双头旋转内径测量仪的工作原理。首先简要描述了该仪器的整体结构,分别详细论述了机械和电气部分设计原理及方法,用PLC作为主机,用高速单片机作为数据采集处理单元,解决了重复性不好的难题。给出了程序编写流程图。该仪器是一种能精确测量轴承基本参数的设备。
To meet the demand of the bearing parameter-measurement market, the bearing inner ring instrument has been developed, The main content of the paper is about the mechanism of NSZD629 double-headed rotation diameter measurement instrument in the 6204RD series. In the first place the overall structure of this instrument is described, including the design principle and method of mechanical and electrical parts., a PLC is used as the main set and a high speed singlechip processor serves as the data collecting unit, which is able to solve the problem of poor repetitiveness. On the other hand, the flow chart of the program is provided. The instrument is able to measure precisely the fundamental parameters of bearings.
