摘要
以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(MPC)和三甘醇为原料,在无溶剂的条件下采用酯交换法合成双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯基]丙酸三甘醇酯。最佳合成条件为:在90℃加人有机锡催化剂,用量为MPC质量的2.3%;反应温度130℃;反应时间3.5h;n(MPC):n(三甘醇)=2.10:1.00,在此条件下产物收率大于91%,产物熔点106-106.5℃。通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、^1H NMR分析对产物分子结构进行了表征。
Triethylene glycol bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)]propionate was synthesized by transesterification of methyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate with triethylene glycol without solvent. The optimum conditions were found as follows. 2.3% organic tin based on MPC as catalyst, adding at 90 ℃, reaction temperature 130 ℃, reaction time 3.5 h, and molar ratio of MPC to triethylene glycol 2.10 : 1.00. Under these conditions, the yield of the product could reach 91%. The melting point of the product was 106 - 106.5 ℃. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR.
