摘要
中国的家族企业及其管理模式源自几千年的泛家族主义文化。家族企业作为我国重要的经济主体其内部劳动力市场的运行效率直接影响着国民经济的发展。在已有对家族企业内部运行机制研究的基础上分析了我国家族企业内部劳动力市场的运行状况,并对家族企业的内`部人控制问题进行分析。通过创造一种合理的制度使内部劳动力市场能够发挥其应有的作用,为内部人与外部人创造相对公平的竞争环境,使其各尽其能并获得相应的报酬,形成良好的激励—约束动态平衡机制,提高两者的积极性以达到最终提高企业绩效的目的。
Family firm plays a significant role in Chinese national economy.As an important part of the economy,the efficiency of the function of internal labor market in family firms influences the national economy directly.This paper analyses the function of internal labor market in family firms based on the family firm and internal labor market researches already done by other researchers,and analyses the insiders control problem in family firms.We should create an appropriate institution making the internal labor market function properly,create a relatively equal and competitive environment for insiders and outsiders,making them try their best to work and gain the corresponding compensation,form an appropriate incentive-constraint dynamic balancing mechanism,increase their positivity so as to achieve the goal of improving family firms' performance.
