摘要
共同治理是指大学利益相关者共同参与大学的治理,其核心是"共享,"参与大学决策的人员包括立法者、社区领导、董事会、行政人员、教师、学生、家长和其他利益相关者。共同治理具有公共性、系统性、层次性。美国大学共同治理制度的发展历程,较为深入地展示了治理制度变迁过程中有关"控制-合作"这一永恒矛盾的动态组合的关系。
＂Shared governance＂ means that the people who are related to the interest of universities share governance on universities,whose core is share. The people who participate decision-making include legislators, community leaders, directorate members,administrators, teachers,students,parents and others who are related to the interest of universities. Shared governance has publ/c,systemic and hiberarchy characteristics. The examination on the institutional evolution of shared governance of American universities can help us understand deeply the paradoxical interactive rehtionship between controlling and cooperation in the evolution course of governance institution.
