第三代促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂:西曲瑞克 被引量:3

摘要 促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)类似物包括GnRH激动剂(GnRHa)和GnRH拮抗剂(GnRHA),两者的分子结构是对GnRH不同位点氨基酸的改变,决定了两者的作用机制不同。GnRHA的研究进展缓慢,继第一、二代GnRHA后,现第三代GnRHA用于临床Ⅲ期实验,西曲瑞克(cetrorelix)作为第三代GnRHA有其独特的药物动力学和稳定性,也有不良反应和禁忌证,在临床广泛应用于激素依赖性疾病,如子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、妇科恶性肿瘤、性早熟等,应用范围与GnRHa类似,但与之比较又有自身的特点和优点。
