四肢长干骨骨折交锁髓内钉治疗的临床探讨

摘要 目的探讨四肢长干骨骨折交锁髓内钉治疗的手术失误、并发症发生的原因和防止方法。方法回顾性分析48例交锁髓内钉固定的四肢长干骨骨折的手术过程及愈合情况。结果术中锁钉不顺利者4例,锁钉偏离锁孔1例,锁钉断裂1例,骨折延迟愈合1例。结论交锁髓内钉是治疗四肢长干骨骨折的有效方法,充分做好术前准备和术前讨论,术前常规检查器械包的完整性,术中要防止锁钉偏离锁孔,对植入交锁钉困难者应放弃。
