摘要
产业集群的竞争优势来自于集群的核心能力,社会资本对产业集群核心能力的形成和发展有重要的影响和意义,社会资本的根植性是形成产业核心能力的基础。基于社会资本的产业集群核心能力的培育除了要建立健全集群内部的行为规范、促进集群内外企业间的互相学习外,还要求政府在产业集群发展中当好促进者和中间人角色。
The competition advantage of the industrial cluster originates in its core competence, whose formation and development are deeply affected by the social capital. The root of social capital forms the basis of industrial core competencies. The fostering of the core competencies of industrial clusters based on social capital requires the establishment of a sound code of conduct within the cluster, exchanges among enterprises in and out of the cluster, and the government being a good facilitator and mediator in the development of industrial cluster.
