摘要
基于网络环境医院各级管理者对医疗设备信息的需求,依托HIS海量的数据资源,构建了面向管理的网络化医疗设备综合管理和信息服务系统框架、基础数据集、统计指标体系和管理应用平台,提高了管理者所需要的医疗设备购置论证,设备参数和指标的监测、控制、评价、查询和报表等应用服务。旨在实现医院医疗设备全过程、精细化管理,为医院各级管理者提供即时信息服务和辅助决策支持。
Based on the demand of network information services of medical equipment of every level of manager working in hospital and the resources of HIS, to construct the framework of information system of integration management andn etwork services of medical equipment, basic datasets, statistics indexes and application service platform. The system can provide the network information services, i.e. analytic demonstration of medical equipment purchase, surveillance of application of equipment, quality control of it in working process, evaluation the effect of the application of medical equipment and some report forms. The aim is to implement the scientific, elaborate and integrated management of medical equipments in the whole process, and help for decision making of themanagers.
