摘要
针对近年来国内外关于贝类多糖的研究现状,论述其增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等多种生物活性,并综述超声波辅助水提法、柱层析法等多种制备技术的研究进展,最后展望贝类多糖的发展趋势和市场前景。
Shellfish polysaccharide, a new resource of innovative drug and functional food, has become the hot of research and development in academic field recently. Based on the recent worldwide research about shellfish polysaccharide, this article made further probed on its bioactivities such as enhancing immunity, antitumour and anti-aging, then reviewed many preparation techniques including water extraction with ultrasonic and column chromatography method, and finally expected the trend of its development and market prospect.
