摘要
本文以有限元法的系统动力学理论为基础,基于LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对汽车保险杠与刚性墙的正面碰撞进行了模拟仿真计算,并对计算结果进行分析。以计算结果为依据,对保险杠的结构进行改进,优化其吸能能力。本次研究为保险杠的防撞设计开发提供了理论依据,对深入研究整车正面碰撞的模拟仿真具有重要的参考价值。
Based on the theory of system dynamics, using the finite element method, and finite element analysis software LS-DYNA, to simulate the collision between the vehicle bumper and the rigid wall with computer. By analyzing the calculation result and according to it, to improve the structure of the bumper in order to strengthen the energy absorbing ability of the structure. It proves the method, with nonlinear finite element analysis, can supply with important theory basis for the vehicle bumper design, and it is valuable for simulating the collision between the car and the rigid wall.
