摘要
政府自利性问题是政府管理与政府改革中的关键问题,本文拟就国内研究者关于我国政府自利性问题的研究进行综述,主要包括:政府自利性的内涵、政府自利性的结构与特征、政府自利性的影响、政府自利性扩张的原因、遏制政府自利性扩张的对策建议等。
The problem of government self-interesting is the key issue in the management and reform of government. This article gives the research summary of domestic goverment self-interesting, including： the meaning, structure, characteristics and the impact of government self-interesting; reasons for the expansion of government self-interesting and countermeasures and so on.
