摘要 通过阅读相关文献、企业访谈和参阅中国科技园的工作报告,设计研究量表,根据问卷调查后的数据挖掘过程,把中国科技园所提供的创新环境要素概括为四个方面,分析了科技园内技术型企业运行绩效评价的特殊性,得出评价维度的六个方面,最后探讨了科技园区创新环境要素与园内企业绩效的因果关系并给出政策建议。 This article through reading correlation literature, enterprise interview and referring the work report of Chinese science park, designs research scale, after data of the questionnaire survey mining process, the innovation environment essential factors summary which provides the Chinese science parks is four aspects, the essential factor of science parks' work service and the cultural atmosphere, the essential factor of fund service support, the essential factor of technical service support and the essential factor of market service support, but has the particularity to in science parks technology enterprise movement performance appraisal, the appraisal dimension summary is six aspects, in science parks enterprise's product innovation performance, the research development performance, the corporate growth performance, the technical leading performance, the research and development fund performance and the policy gain performance, this article finally has discussed in science parks the essential factors of innovation environment and the enterprise performance's causal relation and produces the policy suggestion.
