摘要
目的:观察咳嗽变异性哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞中的白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平的变化。方法:分别用双夹心ELISA法检测咳嗽变异性哮喘患者34例(CVA组)、健康志愿者20名(对照组)外周血单个核细胞中IL-5、IL-13水平。结果:CVA组患者的外周血单核细胞(PB-MC)中IL-5水平明显高于正常组,P<0.01;植物血凝素(PHA)刺激后的PBMC中IL-13水平均低于正常组,P<0.05。结论:CVA患者在受到激发状态时,IL-5迅速入血,促进嗜酸性粒细胞分泌并聚集到气道内,进一步促进其他Th2因子的产生,加重气道炎症。
Objective: To study changes of IL-5 and IL-13 levels of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood of patients with cough variant asthma. Methods: Levels of IL-13 and IL-5 secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were detected using double-sandwich ELISA method in 34 patients with cough variant asthma (CVA)( trial group) and 20 healthy volunteers (control group). Results: The level of IL-5 in trial group was much higher than that in control group (P 〈0.01). The level of IL-13 in trial group was lower than that in control group after stimulated by phytohemagglutinin(PHA) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : IL-5 may come into blood promptly in patients with CVA after being evoked, which facilitates the secretion of eosinophils , the accumulation of it in the airway ensues, then promotes the production of other Th2 cytokines, which may deteriorate the inflammatory reaction of the airway.
