摘要
目的:探讨阴囊肿块的病因和临床诊治方法。方法:对手术治疗的31例阴囊肿块的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例阴囊肿块经B超和细胞学检查,与术后病理诊断准确率达94.6%。结论:超声检查可作为阴囊肿块的首选诊断方法,术前穿刺,细胞学检查提高准确性,为手术治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective： To investigate the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of scrotal masses, Methods： Data of 31 patients with scrotal masses treated by surgery and confirmed by pathology were studied retrospectively. Results： Compared with the pathologic diagnosis after operation, the conformity rate of ultrasonic examination and/or puncture cytology was 94.6%. Conclusion： Ultrasonic examination may serve as a primary approach for the initial diagnosis; puncture cytology can provide more pathologic information for treatment and make definitive diagnosis.
