摘要
研究中药川射干的化学成分。采用70%乙醇提取,硅胶柱层析分离及结晶等方法分离其化学成分,通过波谱及化学方法进行结构鉴定。分离得到9个化合物,分别是鸢尾苷(tectoridin,1)、野鸢尾苷(iridin,2)、鸢尾甲苷A(iristectorin A,3)、点地梅双糖苷(tectoruside,4)、鸢尾苷元(tectorigenin,5)、鸢尾甲黄素A(iristectori-genin A,6)、染料木素(genistein,7)、二甲基鸢尾苷元(dimethytectorigenin,8)、野鸢尾黄素(irigenin,9)。其中化合物7和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To investigate chemical constituents in the Iris tectorum Maxim, extracted with 70% alcohol, isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, and purified by recrystallization. Nine compounds were isolated from Iris tectorum Maxim. which were tectoridin ( 1 ), iridin ( 2 ), iristectorin A ( 3 ), tectoruside ( 4 ), tectorigenin ( 5 ), iristectorigenin A ( 6), genistein ( 7 ) ,dimethy-tectorigenin( 8 ), and irigenin ( 9 ). 7 and 8 were isolated from this medicinal phant for the first time.
