摘要
对现有的几种常用通讯系统进行了比较,详细介绍了SBD(突发短数据)业务,并提出了基于GPS和铱星SBD的紧急救援系统的基本设计方案。
The existing several kind of commonly used communication system have been compared . The SBD （Short Burst Data） service is introduced.. The urgent recovery system design plan is presented based on GPS and the Iridium star SBD.
