摘要
随着社会经济的发展、机动车的普及,以骨盆骨折为主的多发伤近年来逐渐增多。患者创伤严重,病情复杂,病残率、病死率高。由于创伤患者主要是年轻人,给社会造成巨大的负担,对于创伤的院前急救及系统性救治等方面的讨论仍在进行,本文将国内外关于骨盆骨折为主的多发伤的治疗综述如下。
Pelvic fractures with multi-injuries （PFM） have been increasing in recent years. As a severe and complex injury, the rate of disability and mortality of PFM is high. Because most of the patients are youth, treatment of PFM brings much burden to our society. Nowadays, there are still some arguments about its treatment, especially about the pre-hospital and systematic treatment of PFM. The author gives a general review about the treatment of PFM both at home and abroad.
