摘要
为了控制LiNbO_3晶体的形状,利用智能控制仪表代替浮力控制系统和计算机控制系统,实现了LiNbO_3晶体生长的自动化控制.实验结果表明,该控制系统参数设置更加灵活,可以实现计算机模型控制法达到的精度,且比计算机模型控制方法设备投资要小得多,更加有利于企业规模生产.
To control the shape of LiNbO3 single crystal, floating control system and computer controlling system were substituted with normal intelligent instrument control system in LiNbO3 single crystal growth processing. The results showed that intelligent instrument control system could setup parameter value flexibly and obtain control precision as same as computer control system. The intelligent instrument control method has advantages of lower investment and commercial production.
