摘要
目的掌握湖南省HFRS疫源地范围、类型、人群分布和流行规律以及宿主动物种类、带病毒率等情况,为防制HFRS提供科学依据。方法按照2006年《湖南HFRS监测实施方案》,在全省7个监测点系统开展HFRS的流行病学和病原学监测。采用直接免疫荧光法(DFA)检测宿主动物肺组织汉坦病毒(HV)抗原,了解自然感染汉坦病毒情况,并从HV阳性鼠肺标本中提取病毒RNA,应用HV型特异性引物进行RT-PCR扩增及核苷酸序列测定,并进行基因分型。结果2006年共报告病例560例,发病率0.89/10万。共捕获654只宿主动物,总鼠密度为3.15%,鼠带毒率为1.31%,在浏阳市、邵东县室内捕获的7只褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠、小家鼠、黄胸鼠肺标本中均发现携带汉城型(SEO)病毒,双峰县室外捕获的1只黑线姬鼠肺标本则携带汉坦型(HTN)病毒。结论湖南省为SEO型和HTN型混合型疫区,以SEO型为主。防制HFRS应以灭鼠、免疫高危人群、开展健康教育等的综合防制措施。
Objective To explore the epidemic foci, type of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome ( HFRS), population distribution, epidemic trend, host animals and their virus - carrying situation, and to take comprehensive scientific measures to prevent and control HFRS in Hunan province. Methods According to Implementation Scheme for Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Surveillance in 2006 in Hunan province, epidemiological and pathogenic sureillance was conducted in seven aeras. Direct immunofluorescenco assay (DFA) was used to detect the antigen form rat lungs. The total viral RNA was ex- tracted from the lung tissues of the Hantavirus - infected rats and amplified with RT - PCR by using the Hantavirus genotype spe- cific primers. The amplified genes were then sequenced and subjected to genotyping. Results A total of 560 cases were reported in 2006, the annual incidence rate was 0. 89/100 000. The total number of captured rodents was 654, and the average rodent density was 3. 15%. The virus carrying rate of rodents was 1.31%. Genotype analysis revealed 7 Hantavirus type I1 (SEOV) positive specimens taken from indoor rodents (3 Rattus norvegicus, 1 Mus musculus from Liuyang county, 1 Rattus flavipectus, 1 Mus musculus and 1 Apodemus agrarius from Shaodong county) and 1 Hantavirus type I (HTNV) positive specimen from a outdoor Apodemus agrarius captured from Shuangfeng county. Conclusion Both Hantavirus type II (SEOV) and the Hanta- virus type I (HTNV) existed in Hunan province. SEOV was the main genotype Comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control HFRS by extinguishing rats, vaccine inoculation for high - risk people and developing the health education.
