摘要
目的评估麻醉性镇痛药在我院的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用药物利用指数(DUI)法,对2003年至2006年我院住院部11 780张麻醉性镇痛药处方进行回顾性统计,分析。结果常用麻醉性镇痛药有5种,共3种剂型;所用药物的DUI均小于1,大多数药物DUI在0.4～0.8。结论麻醉性镇痛药用于镇痛治疗,药物、剂量合理。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application of anesthetic analgesics in our hospital in order to provide an reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. METHOD 11780 prescriptions of anesthetic analgesics in inpatient department of our hospital during 2003-2006 were statistically analyzed with the method of drug use index （DUI） analysis. RESULTS there were 5 kinds of commonly used anesthetic analgesics in 3 dose types altogether; the drug use index （DUI） of all the kinds were less than 1, with the DUI of the majority between 0.4~0.8. CONCLUSION The kind and dosage of anesthetic analgesics for the treatment of relieving pain is reasonable.
