摘要
[目的]测定15个半夏克隆株系间生物碱含量,为提高半夏有效成分在植物体内的富集提供理论依据。[方法]采用氯仿提取,依据酸性染料比色法的原理,在417 nm波长下测定,并作方差分析。[结果]获得良好的线性关系(r=0.9989)和高回收率(100.1%),RSD为2.3%。15个克隆株系间生物碱含量差异达到极显著水平。[结论]克隆株系之间所测成分含量差异显著,短期内通过高含量的变异株进行无性系繁殖来提高半夏的有效成分的含量,可实现从个体选择中较快达到提高有效成分含量的目的。
[ Objective] The study was to determine the alkaloid content among 15 clone plants of Pinellia ternate to offer theoretical basis for increasing the enrichment level of effective elements of P, ternate in plant bodies, [Method]According to the principle of acid-dye colorimetry and by using chloroform extraction, the alkaloid content was determined at 417 nm wavelength and made for variance analysis. [Result]The favorable linear relationship ( r = 0.998 9) and high recovery (100.1% ) were obtahled, with RSD of 2.3 %. 3he content of alkaloid among the 15 clone plants of P. ternate had an extremely significantly difference, [Conclusion] The content of determined elements among clone plants was significantly different, and it was possible to increase the content of effective elements in P, temate by clonal reproduction of high-content variation plants in the short term and to rapidly realize the objective increasing the content of effective elements from the individual selection,
