摘要
目的探讨人参化感物质对人参种子根尖的影响。方法以水为溶剂提取栽培过3年人参的土壤,提取物过XDA-4大孔树脂,甲醇洗脱,浓缩、水定容后培养人参种子。结果经人参化感物质处理后的人参种子根尖组织淀粉粒出现不同程度的空泡化现象,并逐渐溶解,核膜和核仁也消失,不能完成正常的生命活动。
Objective discuss in Panax ginseng allelochemical effects on ginseng seedling root tip. Method the soil that had been used for 3 years for growing Panax ginseng was extracted using water The extraction was absorbed by the XDA-4 resin, eluted by methanol and concentrated, cultivated ripening ginseng seeds after fixed volume. Result cell starch granules of Panax ginseng seeds that were treated with allelochemical showed different degree of vacuolization phenomenon, and dissolved gradually. Nuclear membrane and nucleolus disappeared too. Therefore, the treatment rendered the seeds unable to complete their life cyle.
