摘要
目的初步研究经皮插入钢板内固定术,使用重建钢板形的锁定加压接骨板和普通重建钢板治疗锁骨骨干骨折的治疗效果及特点。方法对15例闭合性锁骨骨干骨折,运用上述技术,术后随访1、3、6月,1年(12例),行X线检查及肩关节功能检查。结果14例病人在术后1个月后,骨折端有明显骨痂生长,骨折端模糊,肩关节活动度良好,3个月骨折线完全消失。半年复查均愈合,无骨不连,无内固定松脱及感染。使用重建钢板1例患者术后2个月后出现螺钉松动,后骨折畸形愈合。结论MIPPO技术治疗锁骨骨干骨折具有创伤小,软组织损伤少,骨痂生长迅速,稳定可靠,关节功能恢复好的特点。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feature of using LCP (locking compression plate) and restitution plates with MIPPO (Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis) technique in treatment of clavicle shaft fractures. Methods 15 cases of closed clavicle shaft fracture were treated using LCP (9 cases) and restitution plates (6 cases) both with MIPPO technique. All cases were followed up with the examination of the should function and X-ray in 1/3/6 months after operation and among the patients there were 12 cases with one year folow-up period. Results Apparent callus formation and vague fracture line were found in all patients 1 month postoperatively with good should function. Fracture line disappeared completely in all patients 3 months after operation and bone union was obtained completely 6 months postoperatively of 14 cases. 1 case appears loosening. Conclusion MIPPO technique in the treatment of clavicle shaft fractures gives superiority with the characteristics of less invasion to tissue, cosmetic effect, rapid callus formation, adequate stabilization and good should function and therefore it is an effective alternative for clavicle fracture treatment.
