摘要
以非对称函数拟合带材入、出口处横向厚度分布,引入跑偏的概念,从而推导出非对称情况下出口处金属横向位移函数,并得到了前张应力横向分布。将此理论与某厂实际轧制情况相结合,在四辊铝热连轧机上进行了仿真,得出了各机架的横向位移函数,并计算了宽展量和跑偏量,计算结果与实际相符。本理论有利于定量研究板带轧制过程中的跑偏问题。
The transverse distribution of the entry and exit thickness is simulated with the unsymmetrical function. By using rolling deviation, the function of mental lateral displacement at exit is deduced successfuUy. It is a case of unsymmetricalness. Then the transverse distribution of ffont tension stress is gained. Combining this theory with practice of one company, the simulation is made on four - high hot mill. The function of mental lateral displacement at exit of every stands is figured, and the result of spread and deviation is calculated which is consistent with experimental data basically. It is useful for studying the rolling deviation in plate/strip rolling.
