摘要
目的探讨海军特训人员与舰员在个性和身心健康方面的差异。方法运用卡特尔十六种人格特质量表(16PF)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、疲劳量表(FS—14)和自编的意志品质量表对90名海军特训人员和82名舰员进行心理测量与调查。结果海军特训人员在意志的果断性品质[(5.50±4.68)分]和意志品质总分[(20.32±16.50)分]上得分比舰员[(3.58±4.16)分,(14.54±13.30)分]要高,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05);舰员在16PF的紧张性特质[(7.06±1.59)分]上得分比海军特训人员[(6.40±2.01)分]要高,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05);海军特训人员在16PF的稳定性特质[(5.72±1.75)分]、自律性特质[(5.80±1.70)分]比舰员[(5.00±1.80)分,(5.01±1.58)分]得分更高,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01,);海军特训人员在16PF的心理健康因素[(21.49±5.41)分]等因素上得分比舰员(19.00±4.29)要高,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论要更加关注舰员的心理健康,帮助他们塑造自己良好的人格。
Objective To explore the difference in the physical and psychological health and personality between navy special personnel and warship crews. Methods 90 navy special-training personnel and 82 warship crews were surveyed,using 16PF,SCL-90,FS-14 and self-designed questionnaire of will character. Results In the self-designed will power character questionnaire, the scores of decisiveness character and sum of will power character in navy special-training personnel (5.50 ± 4.68,20.32± 16.5 ) were higher than those in crews ( 3.58 ± 4.16,14.54 ± 13.3 ) , and the difference was significant statistically( P 〈 0.05 ). In the 16PF questionnaire, the scores of nervous trait in crews (7.06 ± 1.59) were higher than those in navy special-training personnel ( 6.4 ± 2.01 ) , and their difference was significant statistically ( P〈 0.05 ) ; the scores of steady and autonomic trait in navy special-training personnel (5.72 ± 1.75,5.80 ± 1.70) were higher than those in crews (5.00 ± 1.80,5.01 ± 1.58) ,with a significant difference ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) ; the scores of psychological health factor in navy special-training personnel ( 21.49 ± 5.41 ) were higher than those in crews ( 19.0 ± 4.29), with a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Warship crews should be paid more attention to psychological health,and helped to establish good personality of themselves.
