摘要
目的:观察益气活血方治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将62例老年气虚血瘀型DPN患者随机分为2组,对照组30例,给予常规西药治疗,治疗组32例,在对照组治疗基础上给予益气活血中药,疗程6周,观察治疗前后临床症状及神经传导速度变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组可明显提高运动和感觉神经传导速度(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血方能明显改善DPN患者临床症状,并能改善运动和感觉神经传导速度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and activating blood recipe on senile 2-diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.Methods: 62 diabetic patients with qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine.Another 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation recipe besides routine western medicine.6 weeks was a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 84.37% and 66.67% respectively.The difference of 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group improved more obviously than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The supplementing qi and activating blood recipe can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the peripheral neuropathy patients.
