摘要
本文提供了一套从博落回果实中提取、分离及纯化生物碱的有效方法.采用酸水浸提法,提取出总生物碱的粗提物,再用阳离子交换树脂吸附总碱,然后在索氏提取器中,用混合有机溶剂提取吸附了总碱的树脂.在氮气保护下,利用柱层析方法,分离、纯化总碱,最后获得四种生物碱.通过波谱分析与表征,证实四种生物碱分别为:别隐品碱,原阿片碱,血根碱,白屈菜红碱.
An available method of extraction,separation and purification of alkaloids from the fruit of Macleaya Cortada has been developed. Crude alkaloids are leached out from the fruit of Macleaya Cortada in acidified water and are then absorbed by cationic exchange resin. The resin with absorbed alkaloids is extracted by mixed organic solvent in a Soxhlet apparatus. All the alkaloids are separated and purified by means of column chromatography technique in nitrogen atmosphere ,and four alkaloids Allocryptopine, Protopine,Sanguinarine and Chelerythrine are obtained,of which the components and structures are identified by use of the spectroscopic method.
