摘要 研究采用磺化和乳化一步完成的新方法合成聚硅氧烷基琥珀酸酰胺磺酸盐(SISS)。得到最佳工艺条件为:在n(氨基硅油GY)∶n(顺酐)=1.0∶0.7,于70℃下酰胺化反应40min。n(亚硫酸钠)∶n(顺酐)=1.10∶1.00,表面活性剂TG用量为酰胺化产物质量的50%,于80℃下磺化反应4h。测定了所得产物的表面活性、应用性能和稳定性。表面张力、临界胶束浓度、乳化力和钙皂分散力分别为2.65×10-2N/m、8.32×10-2mol/L、82s和20%,乳液透明稳定。测试其对纯棉白布整理效果,并与未经改性的氨基硅油GY比较,结果表明SISS整理织物性能优异。 Disodium Polysiloxanylmonoamido Sulfosuccinat(SISS) using method carried out sulfonation and emulsify in same time was synthesied.The optium synthetic conditions were as follows:amidation at 70℃ for 40min with a 1.0:0.7 mole ratio between aminosilicone oil (GY)and maleie anhydride;sulfonation at 80℃ for 4h with a 1.00:1.10 mole ratio between maleic anhydride and sodium sulfite, the dosage of surfactant is 50% of amidated product. Surface activites and stablition were tested. Surface tension is 2.65×10^-2N/m, critical micelle concentration(CMC) is 8.32×10^-2mol/L, emulsifying power is 82s, limp soap dispersing power is 20%, emulsion was the transparent and stable. The application properties of products on the recondition effect of pure cotton fabric were tested.Compared with the unmodified aminosilicone oil, the recondition effect of fabric using SISS were good.
