摘要
图书馆信息服务质量的测评是一项很复杂的系统工程,测评指标的质量是其中一个很关键的因素。信息服务评估中惯用的指标体系已与目前图书馆所处的环境不太适应。文章力图从分析信息服务测评指标体系存在的问题出发,提出构建新指标体系的一些思路。
It＇s a complicated system engineering to evaluate the quality of information sercices library offers. The quality of used indexes is one of key factors. The index system normally used in evaluation of information service is incompatible with the growth of library. Proceeding from analyzing the defects of the present index system, this paper puts thinking on constructing index system that is suitable to present environment.
