摘要
介绍了7 t 碱性电弧炉冶炼高硫不锈钢(SUS416)的工艺特点。采取氧化法和二次造渣工艺有效地控制了碳和硫,铬的回收率为97.33%:还原期利用添加黄铁矿和选择 MgO-SiO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3渣系,熔炼中的最高硫含量达到0.632%,硫的平均回收率为93.72%。
The technological characteristics of mehing S stainless steel(SUS 416)by basic EAF have been introduced in this article.S and C can be efficaciously controlled and the recovery of Cr reaches 97.33% by oxidation and double slag technology.By adding pyrite and selected slag of MgO-SiO_2-CaO-Al_3O_3 system during reduction period,the maximum content of S is up to 0.632% and its mean recovery ratio is 93.72%.
