摘要
本文通过介绍我国医药咨询服务业的发展状况及存在问题,分析医药咨询服务的项目化特征,探讨医药服务应用项目管理的必然性和可行性,并针对项目管理的理念、方法、工具在医药咨询服务中的应用进行了初步的探索。
Through introducing development and problems of domestic medical consulting, this article analyzes its character as a project,and discusses inevitability and feasibility of applying project management to medical consulting. After-wards,it also discusses how to use the ideas,methods and tools of project management in medical consulting.
