面向服务的制造执行系统建模方法研究 被引量:12

Modeling Approach for Manufacturing Execution System Based on Service-Oriented Architecture

摘要 在分析现有建模方法和工具的基础上,提出了一种以体系结构为中心,以制造业务进行驱动,综合应用集成化计算机辅助制造系统功能建模方法、业务流程管理分析方法和基于统一建模语言分析与设计方法的集成化面向服务的制造执行系统建模方法,通过建立系统的业务对象模型、功能模型、过程模型、组件模型、服务模型和服务交互模型实现了面向服务的制造执行系统的分析和设计。最后,通过实际系统的建模实现,验证了该方法的可行性。 Based on the analysis of current system modeling approaches and tools for manufacturing execution system,an integrated system modeling approach was provided,which was based on system architecture and manufacturing business driven.The approaches and tools of integrated computer aided manufacturing define,business process management,and unified modeling language were integrated.Using this approach,business object model,function model,process model,component model,service model,and service interactive model of manufacturing execution system were constructed.Finally,the proposed modeling approach was applied in the system modeling of a practical project and its feasibility was demonstrated.
