新型絮凝剂COF强化处理印染废水的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为解决广东某印染厂生产废水处理不达标的问题,采用具有催化氧化耦合作用的絮凝剂COF对生化出水进行强化处理试验研究。结果表明,当COF投量为120mg/L、沉淀时间为90min时,絮凝强化处理工艺对COD、色度、SS的平均去除率分别为70%、90%和85%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。 In order to ensure the standard discharge of wastewater from a printing and dyeing plant in Guangdong Province, the enhanced treatment of biochemical effluent was studied by catalytic oxidation flocculant (COF). The results from dynamic simulated experiment show that when dosage of COF is 120 mg/L and sedimentation time is 90 min, the average removal rates of COD, color and SS are 70% , 90% and 85% respectively. All effluent indexes can reach the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
