摘要
根据集中供热的实际情况设计了可以用GPRS模块进行远程通讯的换热站自动控制系统,主要由S7-200PLC,ABB ACS140变频器,SINAUT MD 720-3 GPRS通讯模块组成。详细介绍了循环泵一控三的变频控制原理及具体实施方案与通过GPRS模块进行远程数据传输的设计。运行结果表明该系统达到了调节温度和恒定压力的目的,提高了控制精度,更重要的是节约了能源,降低了供热设施的运行费。同时通过GPRS模块进行远程数据传输,传输速率高、实时性强,实现了对换热站的远程监控。
Based on the practical situation of central heating, the auto control system for a heat-exchange station was introduced, which is mainly composed of S7 - 200 PLC, ABB ACS140 inverter and SINAUT MD 720 - 3 GPRS module. The control principles and practical schemes of the frequency control were described. Then GPRS transmitting data was designed. It is shown that the system has advantages in the aspects of reliability, high adjusting accuracy as well as saving energy. By GPRS,the system has the merits of fast to transmit and realizes the remote control with good real-time.
