摘要
超音速喷涂技术作为材料表面强化、防护的新技术,在设备维修中得到广泛应用,尤其在电厂部件的修复过程中。文章简单介绍了超音速喷涂技术,以及其在电厂锅炉、汽机等关键部件的应用。超音速喷涂技术在发电企业中具有巨大的应用价值和广阔的市场前景,必将带来愈来愈大的社会和经济效益。
As a new technology for surface hardening and protecting,supersonic spray has been widely used in the maintenance of equipments, especially in the repairation of components of power plants. This paper briefed the supersonic spray technology and its application in the critical parts of power plant boiler and turbine. Supersonic spray technology has great potential in utilization and promotion in power generation enterprises, and it will bring more social and economical benefits.
