声动力治疗肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 在明确了超声有穿透性,对深部肿瘤的治疗无需借助内镜,而且超声治疗装置简单、造价低,声敏剂的光毒性较小等特点的基础上,从声动力的机制、声敏剂的选择、超声参数的优化、声动力与其他治疗肿瘤方法的联合应用等4个方面,对声动力的研究进展进行概述,分析了声动力治疗肿瘤的研究趋势,指出声动力疗法有望成为临床治疗肿瘤的新方法。 Because of the penetrability of ultrasound, there is no need of endoscope when deep tumor is treated by using ultrasound. Besides, ultrasound treatment devices are simple, inexpensive and has lower phototoxicity. The outline of the sonodymanic therapy research progress is carried on from such four aspects as the sonodymanic therapy mechanism, the sound sensitive medicinal preparation choice, the supersonic parameter optimization and the sonodymanic therapy with other tumor treatment methods. The research tendency of sonodymanic tumor treatment is pointed out that the sonodymanie therapy is possible to become a new method for curing tumour clinically.
