摘要
采用密闭式微波系统消解土壤样品,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其镍含量.微波消解法与国标湿法消解相比,结果基本一致,但湿法消解耗时8~10h,消耗试剂15-20mL,而微波消解法只需3h,消耗试剂9.5mL.在微波消解最佳条件下,镍检出限为0.0154mg/L,加标回收率为97.4%~103.0%,相对标准偏差小于4.1%.
Soil samples were digested in an inclosed microwave system, then flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determination of nickel in the samples. Compared with national standard method, the results tested by microwave digestion were almost consistent. But the proposed method was improved in digestion time and reagent. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit was 0. 015 4 mg,/L with recoveries of 97.4% - 103.0%. The relative standard deviation of determination was lower than 4. 1%.
