摘要
功能性低聚糖具有良好生理功能,在食品、饲料、医药等行业有着广泛应用,制备功能性低聚糖原料主要有淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖等;该文对功能性低聚糖制备进行介绍。
Functional oligosaccharides, which can been made from starches, sucrose, lactose, or other materials,feature their fine physiological functions, and are used widely in food, feedingstuff and medicine industries. The preparation of these oligosaccharides are discussed in this paper.
