摘要
采用对峙培养法和抑菌圈法进行黄瓜枯萎病拮抗放线菌筛选,结果表明:菌株PM-1对供试的14种病原菌均具有抑制作用,其中对番茄早疫病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌以及棉花黄萎病菌的抑制作用尤为明显,抑菌带超过20mm。菌株PM-1无菌发酵液5倍、10倍稀释液对黄瓜枯萎病菌菌丝生长的抑制效率达88%以上,拮抗菌株PM-1产生的拮抗物质导致靶标菌菌丝细胞畸形,出现囊泡、肿胀,崩溃消融,从而抑制其生长。
Antagonistic antinomycetes against Fusarium oxysporumf, sp. cucumerinum were screened with plate cultivation and inhibition zone method. The results indicated that PM-1 could inhibite the development of 14 pathogens.effectiveness on A lternaria solani, Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum and Verticillium dahliae by the inhibitory strip with a width of 20 mm. The suppressing rate of 88% to the mycelia growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp, cucumerinum were presented by it's germfree ferment filtrate diluted by 5 or 10 times.The phenomena of deformation of hyphal growth, vesicles, swelling were observed. PM- 1 was applying for the biocontrol of the disease with broad-spectrum antifungi.
