摘要
通过对宁波100多家外贸企业进行的国际贸易类人才适应需求的问卷调查,从知识和能力两个维度对宁波大学国际贸易毕业生的综合素质与企业需求进行了对比与分析,反应出了宁波大学国际贸易毕业生的知识和能力与企业的要求还有一定差距。因此,需要重新定位培养目标,优化课程设置,重视学生实践能力的训练,增强师资力量,培养服务于地方的高素质应用型、复合型人才,提升学生就业的竞争力。
This paper is designed to conduct a survey of the personnel's adaptability of 100 foreign trade companies in Ningbo, and comparatively analyze Ningbo University' s international business graduates' comprehensive quality and companies' requirement in the perspective of knowledge and capacity. It finds that certain gap exists between the graduates'ability and business demand. Therefore, the author suggests that targets resetting, optimization of courses, enhancement of practical skills and faculty quality, in an effort to cultivate graduates' applied skills and integrated talents with strong professional competitiveness.
