摘要
结合工程实例,对移动模架系统进行了静载试验,对其静载试验项目、试验方法及测点布置情况作了简要介绍,并分析了试验结果,试验结果表明,在受力状态下模架各部分的变形均在弹性范围内,全梁挠度曲线线形合理。
Combined with the engineering example, the author carries out the static load test of the moving die carrier system, briefly introduces the static load test project, the test method and the test point arrangement, and analyzes the test results, the test results show that the deformation of the mould base is in the elastic range under the forced state, and the linearity of the deflection curve of the whole girder is reasonable.
