摘要
在新的历史时期,成人教育越来越彰显其意义与价值。但是,目前的成人教育还存在教育观念、教学方法、监督机制等诸多问题。要有效解决这些问题就要端正思想,明确认识;加强教师管理;改进教学方法;建立健全成教质量监督机制。
Adult education makes known its significance and value gradually in the new historical era. But problems still exists including teaching idea, teaching methods and inspection systems. To effectively solve these problems, we must correctly understand the previous situation, strengthen the management on teaching, improve teaching methods and perfect the inspection system on teaching quality.
