摘要
采用SCL-90量表调查不同强度的健美操锻炼对大学女生进行心理健康干预的效果,结果发现中等强度练习组的被试者在强迫、抑郁、偏执3个因子中有显著差异并得出结论中等强度的健美操锻炼对女大学生的心理健康水平有所提高.
In order to survey the effect of aerobic exercise with different intensity on mental health of female college students by symptom checklish-90. The results indicated that there are some notable differences among coercion, depression and bigot factors on medium intensity. The conclusion of the paper is that the medium intensity of aerobic exercise could improve mental health of female college students.
