无刷直流电机三段式自起动关键技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对目前无位置传感器无刷直流电机(Brushless DC Motor,简称BLDCM)自起动时间长,容易失步和带负载能力弱的问题。在三段式起动法的基础上,提出一种改进的起动方法。预定位采用三相绕组通电定位;强推加速采用升频升压方式;状态切换采用一种预测-校验的新方法。阐述了反电动势过零检测的原理,设计了反电动势检测电路;重点论述了三段式自起动的过程,并给出试验波形。试验结果表明,采用该方法可显著提高电机起动的平稳性,加快起动速度,起动时间最长不超过1.5s,进一步提高了设备运行的可靠性。 Deal with such problems as a long time,out-of-step and weak load ability of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) self- starting at present,an improved mothod is proposed based on the three-step starting technique.So the pre-positioning makes three phase-windings conducting,forcing and accelerating is realized by means of step-up frepuency step-up voltage,and state-switching adopts a novel forecast-check method.Principle of the zero-crossing detection of Back-EMF is analyzed,the Back-EMF detection circuit is designed,the three step starting process is discussed and test waveforms are given.The experimental results indicate that this method significantly enhances the smooth and speed of starting with the longest starting time lower than 1.5 seconds, and further improves the reliability of the equipment.
