摘要
目的:从临床治疗角度进行观察总结,证实红升丹促进糖尿病足伤口愈合的基础之一:抑菌作用。方法:观察用药前后伤口创面的变化,检验伤口分泌物细菌培养的情况,证实其临床疗效。结果:红升丹在糖尿病足伤口的抑菌作用可靠,提高疗效,使用方便。
Objective：To prove that one of the mechanisms of Hongsheng Dan treating diabetic foot is bacteriostasis function throughout clinical treatment observation and conclusion.Methods：The changes of wound surface were observed before and after treatment.Bacterial culture of wound secretion was examined to prove Hongsheng Dan＇s curative effect in clinic.Results：The bacteriostasis function of Hongsheng Dan on diabetic foot wound is credible.And Hongsheng Dan could raise the curative effect of diabetic foot wound.The usage of Hongsheng Dan is convenient.
