恩施板党对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:7

The Protective Effects of Enshi Banqiao Radix Codonopsis on Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury in Rabbits

摘要 目的探讨恩施板党对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法家兔40只,随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)组、恩施板党根提取液组和水煎液组,统一标准喂养,用药组连续给药4 d,末次给药20 min后,行手术结扎家兔冠状动脉左心室支,建立急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察急性心肌缺血和再灌注状态下血流动力学、心功能及再灌注后心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)的变化。结果与对照组比较:MIRI组的血流动力学、心脏功能变化明显,脂质过氧化代谢产物含量增高,抗氧化酶SOD活性降低,心肌细胞LDH、CK酶大量释放。而与MIRI比较:提取液组和水煎液组均能不同程度的恢复各项血流动力学指标,恢复左心室收缩压(LVSP)、心室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)P<0.05,降低左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)P<0.05,抑制心肌组织中MDA、LDH、CK升高,增强SOD活力。结论恩施板党对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits.Methods Forty rabbits were divided into four groups randomly:control group,ischemia reperfusion group,Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis extract and boiled water group.Four groups of rabbits were fed respectively with standard diet for four days,the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury animal model was established by ligaturing rabbits left ventricular branch of coronary artery.The medicine group was fed with some drug for four days.Observing the changes of hemodynamics and cardiac function.and the changes of MDA、SOD、LDH、CK and ATP.Results The myocardial function of model group rabbits decreased remarkably compared with control group: the content of lipid peroxidation metabolites was higher but the activity of SOD and ATP was lower,LDH and CK were higher.Compared with model group:Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis extract and boiled water can recover LVSP,±dp/dtmax and decrease LVEDP(Р〈0.05).Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis extract and boiled water can inhibit the increase of MDA、LDH、CK and activate the SOD.Conclusion Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis can apparently protect myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
