摘要
目的观察硬膜外分娩镇痛对产妇进入产程后的影响及对新生儿的影响。方法回顾性分析2002年2月-2008年2月龙岗区妇幼保健院行分娩镇痛的2500例产妇与同期未进行分娩镇痛,正常分娩的产妇2500例对照分析。结果行分娩镇痛的产妇10-25min均无腹痛。第一产程活跃期平均需时(211±91.8)min与对照组平均需时(248±92.3)min相比,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。第二产程平均需时(53±12.7)min与对照组平均需时(52.4±15.1)ml相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。产后出血量平均为(212±72.4)ml与对照组平均(215±71.4)ml相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。阴道助产率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。剖宫产率比较。有显著性差异(P<0.05)。新生儿Apgar评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外分娩镇痛对母婴安全,无不良影响,能满足整个产程的镇痛需要。

Neonatal Apgar score a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Condusion The delivery of epidural analgesia on maternal and child safety, no adverse impact on the entire production process to meet the needs of the analgesic
