摘要
从纺织企业技术改造特点出发,构建纺织企业技术改造效果的评价指标体系,建立技术改造效果定量评价的主成分分析模型,该模型既可用于不同企业之间技术改造效果的评价分析,也可用于某一企业技术改造效果的评价。以河南省棉纺织企业为对象进行实证分析,结果表明,该方法能够科学全面地评价纺织企业的技术改造综合效果,有助于企业提高技术改造的投资决策水平。
According to the characteristics of technological transformation of textile enterprises, this paper establishes the evaluation indexes system of technological transformation in textile enterprises and the quantitative evaluation model by using the method of principal components analysis （ PCA ）. The model not only can be used to evaluate the technological transformation effectiveness between different enterprises, but also be used to evaluate the technological transformation effectiveness of a certain enterprise. The empirical study is further carried out with some textile enterprises in Henan province as examples. The result shows that the method can evaluate the effectiveness of technological transformation of textile enterprises scientifically, and be helpful for enterprises to improve their investment decision level of technological transformation.
